Burgers

2 lbs ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
whole grain or brioche hamburger buns
sliced cheddar cheese

toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion (or pickled onions), sliced pickles, ketchup, mustard


Mix meat and spices and press into flat patties. Cook on 425 degrees for 20 mins, flipping halfway through cooking. Place cheese on top of burger in the last minute of cooking to melt. Toast buns before serving.
