Garlic Hummus

1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
juice from 1/2 large lemon or 1 small lemon (squeeze first into a separate bowl and then fish out the seeds)
4 tablespoons water

Combine all ingredients and process in a powerful blender or food processor.
