Spicy stir-fried vegetables

oil of choice (coconut, avocado, toasted sesame, etc)
fresh or frozen vegetables (broccoli, green beans, etc)
soy sauce
garlic, in frozen cubes
honey
sriracha sauce

Heat wok with oil on med/high heat.  Add vegetables and cook until slightly browning.  Add soy sauce to lightly coat the veggies, and continue to cook for about 3 more minutes.  Then add 1-2 cubes frozen garlic, drizzle a bit of honey, and sriracha sauce.  Cook for about 2-3 more minutes until warmed.
