pack of flour tortillas
1 lb of ground beef
1 can of black beans
2 cups frozen roasted or sweet corn
Pre-heat oven to 425F. Roast potatoes and mash. Cook ground beef in a skillet, add the spices, and combine all ingredients except for reserving some cheese. Roll the filling in the tortillas. Spray top of flautas with cooking spray and they brown. Bake for 10 minutes, then sprinkle the reserved cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

1/3 cup of diced white, yellow, or red onion
1/3 cup of diced white, yellow, or red onion
12 oz salsa
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
4-6 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
