2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking
powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup walnut
pieces, toasted and chopped
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar or
maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
extract
3 tbsp butter,
unsalted
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups berries,
stone fruits
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, pour into greased 8x8 inch pan, and bake at 350 degrees for
about 40 minutes.
